This painting by artist Robert Hummel created in 2017 features the former restaurant Lahiere's and the current Hamilton Jewelers tudor building on the corner of Nassau street and Witherspoon Street.
Robert is known for his paintings of Princeton and the towns beyond. He has shown at Princeton University, Chez Alice Cafe and Gourmet Bakery on Palmer Square for over 15 years up an through 2019, The Nassau Club of Princeton, Gallery 33 in Hightstown, and many other solo and group exhibits including many local fundraising events for schools and charities. His paintings and prints are collected by alumni, visitors to Princeton, residents and others that all have a love of Princeton and its beauty.
